How should I care for my PRAVAS watch?
Keep the watch away from unnecessary impacts, extreme temperatures, magnetic fields and chemicals. Wipe the case and bracelet or strap gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
How often should an automatic watch be serviced?
Mechanical watches benefit from periodic professional servicing. The appropriate interval depends on usage, environment and movement condition.
What should I do if my watch stops?
If the watch has not been worn for some time, the movement may simply have run down. Gently winding the movement according to the instructions supplied with your watch can restart it.
Can I wear my PRAVAS while swimming?
The Aarambh has 50-metre water resistance, but water resistance does not mean the watch is invulnerable to water. Ensure the crown is properly secured.
Does PRAVAS offer a warranty?
PRAVAS provides a limited warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects for the period specified with your purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorised modifications or normal wear may not be covered.
